When I was a child, we lived in a village. I was in second grade. In the village there were two bridges, one long, the other short and narrow. The short bridge was nearer to our house but we always used the one that was safer. One day the weather was very rainy and we didn’t have an umbrella. In order to get home quickly, we decided to pass from the narrow bridge. Because of the heavy rain, the bridge became unstable. When we got on the bridge it suddenly collapsed and we fell down to the brook. Fortunately the waters current dragged us to the coast and where we were rescued. We were very lucky.
